At The Bayti Store, we aim to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Due to very high demand and order volume, please note that orders can take up to 10 – 14 days to be delivered. However, we’re pleased to say that most orders are delivered within 7 – 10 days.

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number on our website’s tracking page (if applicable, e.g., [Link to your Tracking Page]) or directly on the shipping carrier’s website to monitor your package’s progress.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery. The Bayti Store is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the customs process.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The Bayti Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Please note that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure quicker delivery. This means you might receive more than one package for a single order.
